Secure Payment

Secure payment is made through Nochex using UK or International credit or debit cards. All payments debited from your account will show as Nochex and not Cherrymoon and will be debited in Pounds Sterling. We do not store any credit card details on this site.

Your information is held on Nochex servers that are hosted with one of the UK's leading ISP's in a highly secure data environment, used by many UK high street and Internet banks. These servers are protected by secure firewall technology and are not directly connected to the Internet.

Only authorised computers can access your information. You will receive a confirmation email from Nochex confirming your payment. When you have successfully placed an order you will also receive a confirmation receipt from Cherrymoon within 3 days. If you not receive any such receipt, please contact us.

There is a maximum transaction limit per transaction of £100 when using Nochex, if wish to place an order for more than this, please email Cherrymoon.

Postage & Delivery

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch your order to you within 7 - 10 working days of receiving cleared funds. For urgently required orders, please contact Cherrymoon when placing your order.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery is by first class Royal Mail. For anyone living near Milton Keynes you are welcome to collect your purchases free of charge. Please note for the large framed prints these will be sent by standard parcels which may take 3+ days to arrive.

We aim to post to you using the most cost effective methods, striving to keep postage and packaging at a minimum. With this in mind our following prices are set out as follows.

Overseas Delivery

Due to size restrictions on Royal Mail airmail services the 40cm x 50cm Framed prints cannot be sent overseas at present.

Purchasing without buying online

It is possible to pay by cheque. Please email via the contact button with your order and we will reply with payment details. The goods will be despatched when your cheque has cleared, usually within 5 days.

Packaging

All Framed prints are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and then packaged in White postal boxes for extra protection.

Refunds

If the order is non-personalised and has not been despatched, a full refund can be given. If the order is non-personalised and has been despatched then please return the item within 10 working days in perfect condition. When it arrives we will refund your payment less delivery costs.

Unfortunately due to the nature of personalised pictures, refunds cannot be given. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please contact Cherrymoon immediately.
